    New Gory Details Podcast – With Special Guest, Jan Christensen, Superintendent of Redwood City School District

    Last month it was credit scores — this month it’s API scores….

    The February 2008 podcast is here, and it’s all about education! My guest on the Gory Details is Jan Christensen, the Superintendent of the Redwood City School District.

    In today’s podcast, Jan talks about all the great things that are happening in the Redwood City School District.  What’s an API score, and why should you not rely solely on that "number" as a reason to send or not send your children to a particular school?  How do socio-economic factors affect the schools? How does the diversity of our district prepare our youth for their college years, and for today’s workplace?
